Gyeongnam FC recruited Cho Young-kwang, a former member of the U-20 national team, to further strengthen the squad for the new season.
The ability to create space using speed is good, and line-breaking ability is the advantage of Cho Young-kwang. Along with half-space movement, defense participation is good and active, so it can be used as a U22 resource.
Cho Young-kwang is a native of Hyundai High School and led his team to victory in the final of the 42nd National High School Championship in 2020 by scoring a come-from-behind goal, and went to Dongguk University to play in the U-League as the team's main midfielder. Cho, who joined Seoul E-Land on a loan after joining Ulsan HD, played nine games in the 2024 season.
"I dreamed of becoming a soccer player while watching Gyeongnam FC as a child, and I am very lucky to have the day when I can use the stadium of my dreams as my home stadium," Cho Young-kwang said. "I was deeply impressed with the support that continued until the end of Gyeongnam fans in the 2024 season. Like that support, I will show you that I don't give up until the end." 안전놀이터
Meanwhile, Gyeongnam is looking forward to new tactical options for the upcoming season, adding young and dynamic energy as coach Lee Eul-yong predicted with the recruitment of Cho Young-kwang.
